Annual Arabia Mountain Summer Hiking

If you enjoy getting out in nature, exploring, and meeting new people, come out and hike Arabia Mountain, every Saturday Morning this June 2018 from 8 am -  10 am.  We meet in front of the Arabia Mountain Nature Center - 3787 Klondike Rd., Lithonia, GA 30038.  The hikes are light to light moderate and cover about 3 miles.  Dress comfortable, pants preferable, tennis shoes or hiking boots.  Be sure to bring bug spray and water,  For more information contact Dr. Nancy's Body Soul Essentials - office 1-888-509-4439.  Be sure to brief yourself on good hiking practices.
