Using my prior Insurance background as executive director of employee benefits, my goal is to partner with small to mid-sized companies, with an employee base of 2 to 100. The goal to be accomplished is to reduce and control their employee benefit costs by introducing customized programs that meet the company's objectives and budgets.
I work with these companies to help create the best Group Health, Dental, Life, Disability, Vision and Long-Term Care insurance program for employees. I can bring significant layers of expertise to the table that help customers achieve or exceed their benefit goals.
My goal is not to transfer cost to employees but, to create solutions that address rising health care costs through plan design and wellness management. These plans will result in reduce cost for employers and plan risks.

Group Coverage can be either fully insured or self-insured for the larger companies.
Individual Insurance: In addition to above group products, I serve the Medicare Supplements and Medicare Advantage markets and the
ACA Market Place (ObamaCare).
