How to host a Dinner Party with Andrea George

Take the fear and complexity out of entertaining and planning a dinner party! Andrea George of Rapid Gourmet wants to teach you everything you need to know about making dinner parties part of your life, without stress and hassle.

Join Andrea for an evening of how-to and fun, and you will leave with the tools and ideas you need to bring family, friends, co-workers or even strangers together over one of the most unifying experiences ever: sharing a meal!

You will get recipes for an easy mocktail, appetizer, main entree and a dessert, and Andrea will walk you through the process of decorating, prepping and hosting the event in a way that anyone can do. She’ll have samples of the foods and offer tips and advice from her years of  experience in entertaining and catering.

Whether you want to host a small birthday celebration or have a formal dinner party, this class will give you the confidence and insight you need to make your elegant (and easy!) entertaining dreams come true!

Students should plan to bring a notebook and pen for note-taking because Andrea has lots of information, resources and experience to share!

• Class and materials fee include:  instruction of hosting a dinner party, from decorations to meal prep; samples of recipes to enjoy in class, a step-by-step experience of creating a dinner party, questions and answer period with instructor, recipes and how-to tips to take home.
• Class fee includes $35 registration to be paid online in advance.  $10 supply fee to be paid in exact change or check to instructor the night of class.
• Pre-registration is required. Class size is limited. Early registration is recommended.
• Class held at Farmview Market Conference Room.
